The tussle between the RBI with the finance ministry is happening in our country regularly. The monetary policy regulated by RBI should be in tune with the economic structure of our country. The Financial wings at the finance department should cooperate with the RBI economic policy which is framed on with the economical and commercial values. The economical frame of RBI should consider the basic issue of our country’s problem with finance ministry rulers of country in the strategical points. Unfortunately, the rulers of our country make a statement of their own assessment without consulting the RBI monetary policy committee. There should be a continuos dialogue as mentioned by our Former Economic Advisor Mr.subramaniam.

எமது எணனி பதிவு-

அன்பு அரவணைக்கும். அன்பு உலகை நிலை நாட்டும். முதுமை, கரந்துறையில் சொல்ல வேண்டுமானால் , முற்றிலும் துணையான மையமாக உடையவர்கள் எனறு கூறலாம். முதுமை எண்ணிக்கையில் அதிகம் உடையவர்கள் நாடு என்றும் சிறந்து விளங்கும். பள்ளியில், நூலகங்களில் விவிரிக்க முடியாத பல கருத்துக்களை, முதியவர்கள் வெகு இயல்பாக நடைமுறையில் அனைவருக்கும் பயன்படும் வண்ணம் தமது கருத்துக்களை விளக்குவார்கள். கண்டுபிடித்த விஞ்ஞான தொழில் நுட்ப கருவிகள் இன்று பயன்படலாம். மனித குலம் இன்று தழைத்து நிற்பதற்கு முக்கிய காரணம், முதியவர்கள் பொது வாழ்க்கை குறித்த கருத்துக்களை மையமாக வைத்து பல சமுதாய நற்செயல்களைச் செய்பவர்களால் தான். இந்த கட்டுரை ஆசிரியர் பதிந்ததைப் போல, வேதாந்த மகரிசி, நம்மாழ்வார், கி.ராஜநாரயணன் போன்றவர்கள் என்றும் பாராட்டுதலுக்கும் போற்றுதலுக்கும் உரியவர்கள். தாங்கள் ஈடுபட்ட பணியை தொடர்ந்து எந்த பிரதிபலனையும் எதிர்பார்க்காமல தொடர்ந்து பணியாற்றும் பக்குவம் முதியவர்களுக்கு இயல்பாகவே அமைந்து விடும். குடும்ப உறவும், சமுதாய உறவும் முதியோர்களால் தான் என்றும் நிலை பெறும் சமூக பொருளாதார அமைப்புகள் மனித குலத்திற்கு வழங்கிய நற்கொடை.

Ratio is not upto the level by the present and previous government.

Proclaiming highest performance in terms of GDP growth is with the base year from 2004 – 2005 to 2013 – 2014 and from 2014, not supportive with the figures. The shocking statistical figures on GDP is self analysis of the government with the exaggerated measurement with the slow agriculture, industrial production.

The job growth is the basis for valuing the real economy of our country with the increasing number of agricultural labourers entering into non-agricultural areas for their survival year by year, as noted by the Prof. Santosh Mehrotra.

Our country people should find the reality.

The political drama for ruling our country as ever is in the stage of at present is worst and best is yet to come. The central and state political parties alliance formation is to give acceptance to rule in central for centralised ruling parties and for having the strategical demand for ruling in all states level ruling parties. This is the trend prevailing in our country for the last 40 years nearly. Secular state of india and religion based attachment is the main concern for centralised ruling parties and statewise attachment is making the regional language as the main issue at the time of election for the statewise parties. The biggest concern of stabilising our country in the ecological and natural development, employment opportunities for the people, feasibility of having industrial belts, perennial salvation of water issues are completely ignored by political parties at all level. Criticising the opponent parties after the allaince setup, the ruling party blame the system of governance of the previous government is the routine event of our poltical system. Our political parties atleast at present must realise the essential issues and understand the reality of our country without cheating the people in all the forthcoming elections.

Discussion on political parties focus on people issues, not personality, in the Deccan chronicle .

The political parties which like to lead a country must focus on core issues. Unfortunately, the trend is not prevailing in our country as to concentrate on any such critical issues. The people of our country should choose the best from our political parties only. The prime ministerial candidate is not having such deterministic view on issues concerned to the basic need of the people. The leading parties at present is involving themselves in our country on their stabilised position in the existing political system. It does not lead to any of our basic survival in our land. The central political parties is in the mood of political alliances with state wise existing parties to retain their status at statewise positions. For common issues in the statewise wise level, the central political parties keep silent on core basic amenities to all people. There is no charismatic leadership on our political parties involving common man basic welfare.

The real circulation of money is generating and operating from the serial numbers of the currency circulating authorities only. It is not clear as to how the new currency of Rs.2000/- was being circulated illegally from the concerned department within 15 days of the demonetisation announcement. Is it real money? or fake currency? How long the concerned department would take to find out the real culprits? Why the e verification method could not be undertaken from the concerned department. Before expecting the genuiness from the people, take necessary action for the real show , which was circulated in bundles of New currency Rs.2000/ to the so many private agencies without any valid reasons, after the announcement of Demonetisation, at least to find out the black money.

Any party which is having the tendency of ruling the country for maximum years is the phenomenal strategy in our political system. Our country people is to decide the fate of our political parties based on only the integrity of welfaring scheme with permanent structure of natural existences. The existence of our parties are functioning on language, creed, caste etc., It is the fate of our country. Every ruling parties is dominanting and spreading their wings based on only with the state wise penetration. Supporting one parties from the electoral system of our country is being activated upon the ruling strategy is nothing but hijacking the rulers favour instead of people welfare . The system of our existing infrasture facilties with natural capital of our country should be the deciding factors rather than the existing affairs of ruling parties with language wise, statewise, castewise religionwise, etc.,

பறவைப் பார்வை

சாகித்ய விருது வாங்கிய ராமகிருஷ்ணன்
‘பறவைக் கோணம்’ என்ற பேச்சைக் கேட்டேன்.
அவர் பேச்சில் சொன்ன கருத்துப் பதிவு.

அவருடைய சக ரயில் பயணி கேட்டார். ‘பறவை பார்வை’ என்றால் ‘மேம்போக்கான பார்வை தானே’ ‘இந்த தலைப்பில் என்னத்தை பேசப் போறீங்க? ‘ என்றாராம்.
இந்த சிந்தனை பெரும்பாலோர்க்கு வரக்கூடியது தான்.

இந்த தலைப்பு மிகவும் வித்தியாசமானதே. பறவையின் பார்வை என்பது மிகவும் உயர்ந்த இடத்தில் பார்க்கும் போது அனைத்து செயல்களும் மிகவும், மிகச் சிறிய அளவிலேயே தெரியும்.

காக்கை, பருந்து கொக்கு போன்ற பறவைகள் மிகவும் உயரத்தில் பறந்து, இரையைத் தேடி உண்டாலும், அதனுடைய பறந்த விரிந்த இயல்புகளும் மிகவும் உயர்வானவையே. அவற்றிற்கான உயிர்களின் இயல்பு அப்பார்வையிலேயே நிலைக்கப்படுகிறது.

அவரது பேச்சில், ‘நகரங்களில் , கிராமங்களில் பறக்கும் காக்கைக்கு’ காலப்போக்கில் ஏற்படும் மாற்றத்தை விவரித்தார்.
ஆம், நகரங்களில் எல்லைகளில் பறக்கும் காக்கை நகர மக்கள் எதை உண்கிறார்களோ, அவற்றையே உணவாக, நகரத்தில் வாழும் மக்களைப்போல தனியாகத்தான் இரையைத் தேடுகின்றன, உண்கின்றன. இதற்கான எடுத்துக் காட்டையும்
எழுத்தாளர் ராம கிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள், அவரது மகனிடம் நடந்த உரையாடலை விவரித்தார்.

நாங்களும், சென்னை நகரத்தில் எமது மகள் வீட்டில் சில மாதங்கள் இருந்த பொழுது, சேலையூர் ஏரிக்கு அருகில் உள்ள புளிய மரத்தில் ஒரு சில காகங்கள் தொடர்ந்து கரைக்கும். காகங்களுக்கு மாடியில் ஒரு கிண்ணத்தில் தொடர்ந்து சாதத்தை வைத்தோம்.

ஒரு சில காகங்கள் பால்கனியில் இருந்து கொண்டு காகம் கரைக்கும் பொழுது ஒரு சில குறிப்பிட்ட நேரங்களில் சிறிது சாதம் வைத்தோம். சில நாட்களுக்குப் பிறகு, ஒரு காகம் மட்டும் தொடர்ந்து வந்து பால்கனியில் உள்ள கம்பியில் இருந்து கரைக்கும். கதவு மூடி இருந்தால்
கதவை கொத்தி தனது இரையை பெற்றது. இது எங்களுக்கு மிகவும் ஆச்சர்யத்தை ஏற்படுத்தியது.

காகங்களும் இரை தேடுவதை, நகரங்கள், கிராமங்களில் காலச் சூழலுக்கேற்ப ஏற்படுத்தி இருக்கும் மாற்றத்தை உணர முடிந்தது.

அவர் பேசிய பேச்சிற்கேற்ப கால மாற்றத்தை நாங்களும் உணர்ந்ததால் இந்தப் பதிவு.

நாமே உயரத்தில் விமானத்தில் பறக்கும் பொழுதும்,
மாடி வீடுகளில், மலைப்பகுதியில் இருந்து கீழே பார்க்கும் பொழுது, நமது எண்ணங்களும் உயர்வானவையாக அமையும்.

இது எனது தொடர் கனவு.
‘கனவு காணுங்கள்’ என்று
அப்துல் கலாம் தமது பேச்சில் வலியுறுத்தும் கனவுக்கு முற்றிலும் வேறுபட்டது.

இரவில் நாம் உறக்கத்தில் தோன்றும் கனவு ஓர் கலைந்து செல்லும் அலைக்கற்றைகளின் எண்ணப்பதிவு.

நாம் அன்றாடம் பழகிய இடம், நபர்கள் கூட கனவுகளில் முற்றிலும் மாறுபடும்.

நினைவில் நின்ற கதைகளைக் கூட சிலர் மணிக்கணக்கில் விவரிப்பார்கள். இது நிஜத்தில்
நடப்பதற்கான சாத்தியக் கூறுகள் முற்றிலும் இல்லை.

அப்துல் கலாம் அவர்கள் பதிந்த கனவு,
‘ குறிக்கோள்களை செயலாக்குவதே’.

எம் கனவில் எம்மால் முடியாத கனவையும் பகிர்ந்து கொள்கிறேன்.

உறங்கும் பொழுது, என்னுடைய கையை பறவை பறப்பது போல இரு கைகளையும் விரித்து பறந்து பல இடங்களுக்குச் செல்வேன். ஆஹா! இது போன்ற பறக்கும் ஆற்றல் எப்பொழுது வந்தது என்று கூட ஆச்சர்யப் படுவேன்.

விடிந்ததும் கனவு மெய் படவில்லை என்பதை உணர்ந்த பின் தான் ‘ இது ஒரு கனவு என்று உணர்வேன்’ .

‘ கனவு மெய்ப் படவேண்டும்’ என்று பாரதியின் கூற்று
மிகச் சிறந்த பதிவு. ஆம், நாம் மெய்யால் உணரபபடவேண்டும்.

அதற்காகத்தான் நாம் காண்பது கனவா, நினைவா என்பதை நமது கையால் நம்மைக் கிள்ளிக் கொள்கிறோமோ!

பள்ளி நாட்களிலும் சரி, அலுவலகம் மற்றும் சமூகச் செயல்களின் ஈடுபாட்டிலும், எமது தொடர் நிகழ்ச்சிகளாலேயே எம்மை இது போன்ற பதிவுகளுக்கு எம்மால் வித்திட முடிந்தது.

வணிக முதுகலை பட்டயப் படிப்பு, எம்முடைய,
எண் கணக்குப் பணியிலும் ஓர் அடித்தட்டு கணக்குப் பிரிவு அலுவல்களில் ஈடுபட முடிந்தது.

பறவைப் பார்வையினால் என்னால் பறக்க முடியவில்லை, பதிய முடிகிறது.
